Our “Client Portal” is a new improved platform to share documents and allow you to upload any documents/files to us.

Features of our “Client Portal” include:

  • A single secure link for access to all documents shared. This removes the need to email files back and forth.
  • Access to a client folder which will contain all the documents that we share with you.
  • Access to an “Upload” folder where you can send files to us.
  • Ability to share a document with you and your team members which allows multiple people to edit a document at the same time. 

If you haven’t already been set up to collaborate with us, please contact your Client Relationship Manager.

Tips to accessing your new “Client Portal”:

On set up, you will receive an email from us with the link to your client portal. Keep this setup email, as it contains your personalised secure link to our portal system.

You could also save the link to your “Favourites” for ease of access the next time you need to login.
